At Women’s Health Road we strive to accommodate your preferred time and date, however this may not always be possible.
If you would like to make an appointment with us please contact us here and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
To see our specialists, a GP referral is required in order to be eligible for a Medicare rebate.
Only one patient can be seen during each appointment, so please book separate appointments for you and your family members. The doctor will do their best to see you as promptly and close to your appointment time as possible. However, there can be delays due to urgent or emergency cases. Our reception staff will make sure you are informed of any delays.
-
In order to provide the best possible care to our patients, we request that you please give our office at least 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This will allow another patient to access that appointment or surgical time.
To cancel an appointment, please call us on (02) 8328 0670.
In the event you cancel less than the 48 hours required or do not arrive to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your consultation fee.

Patients can call our reception staff to organise a time to receive their results over the phone or in person with one of our clinicians. Our reception staff are not clinically trained to provide information regarding results.
Repeat prescriptions can be supplied during a consult with a clinician, or, depending on the medication, may be provided upon request for a private fee.
Existing patients can also access reviewed results and scripts in their personal Patient Portal. If you would like help regarding accessing or receiving your results or scripts please give our practice a call.
-
To receive a medical certificate, patients are required to have an appointment at our practice and discuss the reasons for the procurement of a medical certificate with the practitioner. Medical certificates cannot be back-dated.
