Sarah

Practice Manager

A young woman with long, wavy hair and blue eyes, smiling, sitting in a brown leather chair near a window with black framing, wearing a navy top, beige long-sleeve shirt underneath, and dark pants.

Sarah is the medical practice manager at Women's Health Road (WHR). You'll find her at the front desk, assisting clinicians with in-consult procedures, collaborating on research projects, creating social media content and patient resources, or even taking patients' bloods.

She holds a Bachelor of Clinical Science (BClinSci) and a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual and Reproductive Health) [MSciMed(SRH)]. Sarah is also an active member of the Australasian Society for HIV Medicine, Viral Hepatitis, and Sexual Health Medicine (ASHM).

Deeply passionate about patient education and health literacy, Sarah is dedicated to ensuring patients feel informed and empowered to make decisions about their health. She also plays a vital role in WHR's adolescent outreach program, offering support and guidance to young patients. Through education, she strives to help women recognise symptoms early and seek timely care.

Sarah is committed to breaking down taboos around sexual and reproductive health, firmly believing that no topic is too much information (TMI). She prides herself on being approachable and a welcoming face for all patients.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys reading, playing field hockey, pilates, binging medical or crime TV shows, and cuddling her cat!

Fun fact: Sarah was raised by two veterinarians and works at a vet clinic on Fridays!
